ERICA WEST
VICE President OF ADMINISTRATION

Erica West is the Vice President of Administration at James Lane Mechanical. She oversees the Administrative team to ensure all departments, including Service, Plumbing, and Fire Protection, are provided with high-quality administrative support to reach departmental goals. This includes aiding field personnel so customers receive consistent, quality service and offering administrative support related to the onboarding of new companies, Team Members, and departments within the organization. In addition to her leadership role at James Lane Mechanical, Erica is also a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG).

Erica joined James Lane Mechanical in 1999. Before she became Vice President of Administration in January 2022, Erica was a Program Coordinator and developed new training, grew the company’s administrative technologies, and helped improve the quality of service through these technological enhancements. 

Erica is dedicated to serving her community and is a member of the Southwest Rotary Club of Wichita Falls. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University.
