Safety
Safety is an integral part of the James Lane Mechanical company culture. We place the safety and well-being of our employees as our utmost responsibility.
James Lane Mechanical conducts ongoing Safety Training for all employees. Additionally, we audit our projects on a regular basis to ensure required compliance to standards such as OSHA and the US Army Corp of Engineers, but also our own more stringent safety program.
Currently James Lane Mechanical has not had a lost time accident since September of 2011. Our current OSHA Incident Rate 3.92 compared to an industry standard of 4.90 for Plumbing, Heating,and Air Conditioning Contractors.
